Brief de Web Design

We need a website so we can post future events of our company about business motivation. The site have to include a calendar on the "Home" page that when the user cliks on the day of the event , there should open a small page with the information of the event (location,time,subject of the event...) . We need also an "About Us" page with information about our company and what we do as well as "Contact" page with our email and phone number and access to our facebook page. We would like to have a private access for users ("Restricted access") but they have to put their e-mail and password to access the special page (log in). On the 'special page' we would like to have some videos and photos that we will post on that page regularly .
