Brief de Design de Logo

Hi Creative Designers,

Inspire Search is an IT Recruitment firm/agency based in Auckland, New Zealand, recruiting across a wide variety of IT roles. Unfortunately we're not that creative so we're seeking for some creative edgy designs from inspirational designers. We need your help please.

Brief:

We realise this can sometimes be hard so we'll try our best to be as clear as possible.

1. We like the colour blue (light blue, same as the twitter bird) so we'd like some blue in the logo. We're also open to incorporating one or two other colours in the design to give it some flare but not more than three colours in total please.

2. Changing jobs is a major life event and inspiration and motivation is something most people need when they are job searching so we work very closely with our candidates to ensure they get the best experience. When organisations hire new people they go through major changes and we match and provide clients with the best candidates.

3. With the above (2) in mind we'd like the letters "In" in "Inspire" to resemble a door opening inwards which represents "opportunities" and "doors opening" for candidates and employers together with a wave of light going through the door. This will basically be the company logo.

4. Creative types please keep in mind that "In" should still be legible (readable) as this is important to brand recognition and awareness. We don't want to confuse our target market and would like people to instantly register and recognise our brand when they see it.

5. We'd also have the slogan "Inspiring people & change".

This is a very brief idea we have in our heads and we'd love to see some designs from creative creatures like you ! Alternatively if some other ideas strike which is close to the above brief, we'd be interested in that too = )
