Brief de Design de Logo

I am considering changing the name of my new startup from Bizuni.com to Incredeo.com and I need a new logo for Incredeo. I would like a wordmark and symbol of some type.
The prior design work for Bizuni.com was good, the name was just not right. In addition to the summary below, I have attached 3 things- 1) the prior design logo deliverable (the competitive landscape should be helpful), 2) a design brief, 3) the company Mission/vision document, and 4) an audience briefing document provided to the content producers.

The Business:
The business is a video-based education and "edutainment" content network. Think of it as a hybrid of Lynda.com (education) meets Revision3.com (edutainment/show format). The "audience" (customer) for the content is small businesses owners who are looking for info/help/tips to learn about the myriad of business functions/issues they manage everyday. Service will be sponsored/supported by big brands who sell products and services to the small business (banks, credit cards, payroll, tech companies, etc.)
