Brief de Print Design

We need a product datasheet for a distribution company based in New Zealand - www.bensan.co.nz . We distribute mainly Fire Alarm Products. We would like our logo colour scheme (Orange / Grey / White) and should communicate innovation with a modern user friendly look. We would like place for image insertion, bullet point features, wiring diagram / dimensions, technical specification (table format), description, and with Header / Footer to have company details, contact info etc. Product part numbers / part name / sku also obviously. Would like to be on a single A4 used mainly for website downloads. Having ability to customise and move around if say need additional image etc also. Have also included example of datasheet (is on 2 x pages and looks a bit dated), which gives indication of the type of things we need (although nowhere near as much text for description etc).
