Respected Contest Holder, you are paying 160 pounds for a 5+ page website. This is obviously not a fair price to pay. 5+ page web designs pay at least 500+ pounds!

I think it is up to designers to choose whether or not they think it is a fair price. It will also depend on the country you are in if it is a fair price or not and how skilled a designer is.
A talented, highly skilled designer can produce a high quality design in a minimum amount of time.
