Right now this contest is non guaranteed which means that there is no guarantee that there will be a winner.When the payment is guaranteed it means that there will be surely a winner of the contest.When a contest is guaranteed it assures the designer that his efforts will not go in vain and so he can work in a pressure less enviroment.

So please contact the designcrowd website to guarantee the payment.

If you can see your contest settings it says "Payment not guaranteed"
It will be hard for you to get designers. Change it to "Payment Guaranteed"

Okay, i see! On the client's end, how would we know that the designers are any good? I would be happy to pay for a design that i like. But what if i guaranteed payment and turns out there were no designs i liked? I would be forced to pick a design i don't like anyway, and pay that person even if i was not happy.. I thought that was what the refundable guarantee meant - assurance that the client would only pay for a design he/she liked :/

ya you are right on your part but if you are not going to make the payment guaranteed,you won't get many designs and the quality designers will not take part in this contest because they will think that there effort might go in vain.
But as far as my experience says, if you will guarantee the contest there will be very less chance that you won't get what you want .It's all upto you :)
