Brief de Design de Logo

We have recently set up a small business diversification offering storage from our warehouse and yard containers in Perth, Scotland. We launched www.perthstorage.co.uk last week using Wix.com. We are happy with the blue, white and grey colours already in use throughout our site and would like to create a new "Perth Storage" logo using the existing colour theme. The logo we have used so far was produced quickly in-house and needs to be changed to something more interesting/attractive.

• "Storage" as the main brand message when designing a potential symbol or icon.
• Our customers are likely to be local (i.e. within a few minutes drive) so building in "Perth" or "Perth Storage" or "www.perthstorage.co.uk" would be helpful to re-enforce our convenient location for local people in and around Perth (Perth in Scotland, not Australia!).
• Must have a quality, expert feel to it, giving confidence that we are market leaders (but without saying it literally!).
• Should not be so quirky that people don't understand what we do. Customers must be able to drive past our building and see the logo above our door, but in those 2-3 seconds know what service we provide...
