Brief de Design de Logo

I require a logo for my Labour Hire Company.

We supply all types of labour to a variety of work forces.

Initially jobs were based around Scaffolding - Commercial & Domestic but we will be entering into all types of jobs/work.

Currently male dominated but not restricted to males, females will be included with growth & diversity of job types.
eg. Scaffolders, Labourers, Cleaners, Tradies, Truck drivers, the list can go on.

The name is ACTIVE LABOUR SOLUTIONS

I'd like a futuristic kind of font with the word ACTIVE possibly being more dominant than the other two.

A design that is engaging & oozes strength confidence professionalism yet not overly masculine.

Suitable graphics are welcomed to be included in the design.
Maybe an Embossed kind of look? Could be one kind of style option.

I'll leave the colour scheme to you the designers.
