Brief de Design de Logo

We need to design a Logo for an international trading company within the secondary metals market that is based in Dubai, UAE and has been in operation for just over 2 years.
The name of the company is NOR ACE Trading DMCC and the company already has a particular "name logo" i.e. NORACE Trading DMCC, which we would like to keep as it already has a brand recognition in the business. Please refer to the companies current website at www.norace.net for a description of the company as well as the name "logo" on top and also please refer to the current letter head attached. We are looking for a "pictorial logo" to go in front of the current "name logo" that will complement the current "name logo" and be descriptive for what we do. It is important that the same color green is kept as is in the "name logo" , however the "pictorial logo" could be bright colors which is harmonious with the current "name logo". The complete logo must signify environmental consciousness, quality, thrust worthiness, reliability and our Northern Europe (Norway) and Asian (Philippines) origins as founders and owners.
