I am looking for a modern look . . . to give you an idea of a logo I like and would like something similar go to: http://www.urbannestrealtylv.com/ and check out the type of look and logo they have.  Abstract nest with modern rounded font for "nest" and traditional font for "REALTY". 

My Color Palette includes steel blue (68,103,109), light blue (202,228,225) light grey (217,208,193) & brown (147,118,94)

BONUS: A small bird icon in light blue or steel blue that can be used independent of the logo.  Ideal to be used as bullet point on marketing material or perched on the "t" in nest.  similar to what is on this website  http://www.nestrealty.com/charlottesville/about/agents/

                                        I want the finished product to be in the following formats.  If you don't provide them all, please let me know which is included.

-EPS (Vector-based file created in Adobe Illustrator)

-PDF

-Large JPG (300 resolution/ dpi/ ppi)

-Medium JPG (150 resolution/ dpi/ ppi)

-Small JPG (72 resolution/ dpi/ ppi)

-Large PNG with transparent background (300 resolution/ dpi/ ppi)

-Medium PNG with transparent background (150 resolution/ dpi/ ppi)

-Small PNG with transparent background (72 resolution/ dpi/ ppi)

My goal is to have a versatile logo is:

1)Modifiable: as my company needs change. 

2)Dark & Light versions: Ideally I would like an initial product available that looks great on white (light colors) and/or black (dark colors).  If necessary to create the best look, two versions may be needed.

Variable usage:  Besides the original design with an image of a nest along with the text Nest Realty, I am wondering about having additional versions made.
