Brief de Design de Logo

I'm a real estate agent in Nashville TN and I need a logo for my private business. I want the basis of the logo to be my first name "Irv" since it's a bit unique. I like gray/silver bases with a combination of any of the following green, red, blue, orange. I'm uploading a drawing of images in my head and the logo that I currently use. I'd like for the logo to incorporate a lower case "i" as a door and window as shown in the uploaded drawing. I prefer the "R" to be upper case. If there is a way to incorporate the letter "v" so as to spell my first name, Irv, I would like that. Communicate class, something modern yet lasting
The Company name underneath the logo should read, Irv Ryder Properties
I've uploaded a drawing of something I'd like to be a starting point. Also uploaded is my current logo with just the letter R.
IMPORTANT....I appreciate when you submit multiple looks for the design but please put them in one file rather than submit each individually
