Brief de Design de Flyer

We need an invitation to be designed for our annual summer party for Lots Village in Chelsea, London. The area has a relaxed family atmosphere but is on the edge of the bustle of Chelsea. The committee has specified the following:

TO INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION - will it be the same two sided format as last year? Maybe the reverse can use your pale blue and your London skyline "logo"

Should the following, highlighted in blue, be very bold on the front of the invite? With the Martin & Co sales and lettings logo.

Lots Village Chelsea is holding a Summer Party to celebrate the Queen's 90th Birthday

Date: Saturday 18th June 2016
Time: 2.00pm to 5.00pm
Place: Tetcott Road South (the pedestrianised section off Burnaby Street) MAP?

Open to all residents of Lots Village and admittance is by invitation only.
Please keep this invitation safe and bring it with you on the day

Space needs to be left on the rear for sponsors details to be added. They would like something with an almost retro, traditional British feel.

Also a flyer that association seemed to like.

I would suggest postcard (A6 sized) or maybe A5 at the biggest
