Okay sir I've seen it.. but I know a little, about webpage html css codes, and that page you've given me could be in many different size. it depends how the webpage was made. But I will try to create something which will be manipulated later for the final design... and can you give me your website or link to your website.. for I know how to know the pixel if only possible. If the payment was guaranteed I'd work on this. I'd also need to know the size and what format you want it in. Is this like a whole background photo for a webpage? The objective wasn't really clear.
