Brief de Design Wordpress

I'm going to be launching a LEGO Ideas project, and I had the crazy idea of having a web site to go along with it. This contest is for a designer to help design this site.

The aim of the site is to promote the LEGO Ideas project when it goes live, as well as including a weblog. I'd like the site to communicate fun and playfulness, in the spirit of the project (which is all about using one's imagination).

As you can see I've had a go at doing it myself, but my design skills range from non-existent to bare minimum. With that said, I would like the site to look along the lines of what I have now, although you are completely free to change colours, layouts and other things (apart from the logo!) around.

I would require four page designs:
- one for the home page;
- a dedicated page for the the grid (as shown in the included home page design);
- a weblog post page;
- a generic page layout (much like the plain page layout).

The winner will be picked from designs for the home page.
