Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for our High School Youth group. The name of the group is "Water", and has a theme verse that will be integral to a lot of our teaching, and should be incorporated into the design, both the verse and the elements mentioned in the verse. Attached is the winning design for our Middle School project called "Oxygen", this is a good example of what I'm looking for. Not just the word re-written in cool font, something a bit more artistic and involved like you see there.
