Brief de Design de Logo

For a just started one-man business in the Netherlands I need a logo that mainly represents my activities as a gymnastics coach(/consultant) but possibly also as an IT security consultant.
The business is called "Twist-it Consultancy".

I would like a logo that shows movement & twisting, a glimpse into the gymnastics sport is certainly welcome. If a combination with the IT security world is too complex or devaluates the logo for the gymnastics coaching then I most likely will come back for a second order :-).

Finally, my gymnastics coaching contains a strong element of mental coaching, one of the specialties I also use separately to develop online mental training. If this factor can be included in the logo somehow, that would be great, but is not a must.

Most importantly, it should show movement, twisting, give a feel of energy, dynamics and preferably relate to the sports of gymnastics, possibly with a link to mental aspects in sports, like flow/focus/motivation/objectives or fun.
