Brief de Design de Figurine

for our eLearning project, we need a new avatar.
Her Name is Anja, she is a modern bar-owner with her focus on alternative lifestyle and fair-trade (she is a moderate bio-eco-freak, she wears trousers or a "not-to-sexy" skirt/dress.
We generate some lip-sync animation with her, so the Area with the mouth should look exactly as in our sample (no teeth, only some white space as the Mouth).
Anja should match to the existing avatars (like in our sample), so the drawing style should match.
We want an open Illustrator file as result.

• must look like the other charakters in the sample, Must be in open Vector format. Must have a mouth area like in the sample (no single teeth, white area only), European/German charakter

• no detailed teeth in the mouth area, no excessive use of gradients etc.
