Brief de Design de Logo

An exciting new company is opening and we need a logo that is fresh to represent our company 'Podium Management'.
We are a one-stop shop for athletes and executive management to look after their financial and psychological needs. We consult with clients on an individual basis. Services offered include:
- Compliance Solutions
- Wealth Portfolio
- Performance Excellence
- Digital footprint and Social Media
- Career coaching

We require a logo, letterhead and business card.

For the Logo I would like the words Podium Management. The theme of the company is 'ongoing success'.
The word podium refers to the podium an athlete stands on rather than the podium a speaker stands behind. I would like something in the logo that represents the notion of podium, but I'm happy for it to be subtle.

The byline of the business is 'Life is a performance'

Colours I like are navy, silver and white.

For the finalised logo I request:
- copies in colour, black (on white), white (on black)
- jpeg, tiff, ai, eps files (small and large)
- one copy with the byline and one without
