Brief de Design de Logo

I need a new logo for a new business I am starting called 'Leading Up'. I work primarily in the NFP and education sectors helping resource people with leadership tools and practices to effect positive change in their organisations.
It's primary focus is on those who find them selves in leadership roles who have little leadership background and supporting those dipping their toes into social entrepreneurial ventures.
I hold workshops & events in partnership with other organisations and consult with individuals and organisations.
The final design should communicate a persons ability to lead/influence up the food chain regardless of their position in an organisation.
