Brief de Design Graphique

I have developed a product with a friend that we will be selling later this year, it is a liquid that comes in a small 10ml or 20ml bottle for sale in shops (a flavour enhancer).

A small cardboard sized backer of approximate size "A5" is the best packaging for this product.

i have attached an example of what I am looking for - the front will hold the bottle inside a small plastic case, and the back will be how to use the product / instructions.

What I am looking for is:
Strong graphic design skills to capture customers attention
Good layout of "how to use" instructions so it is clear for customer to understand
Similar "feel" to attached document as guide only

(Note: I will add the words myself, the graphics is all I need. When you design the front & back you will add Lorem ipsom text to display position of text only).
