Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new Entertainment business based in Long Island, NY. We are mainly a production company and independent record label but will be working in various other entertainment fields as well such as video, movies and promotion to name a few. I have attached a copy of the first design we came up for a starting point. The differences we would need are a sharper looking skull realistic but not as realistic as the current one. We would still like a crown on its head and nice headphones on its ears. The crown can be cocked but doesn't have to be. Detail is extremely important in the crown and headphones. We would also like to add cross microphones underneath like cross bones. Old school mic's would be cool but we're looking for whatever would look best. Lastly if possible we would like to have movie film negative strips draped throughout in subtle way. The colors don't matter as much as the design right now but our business colors are black and a deep royal blue with a trim of gold. A gold crown and gold mic screens would be good.

Also please ignore the fact that the previous logo is on a business card design.
