Thank you for the submissions that have come in so far. Great start! Here's some general feedback to all who have submitted so far and those who have yet to submit.

I am seeing quite a few logos that incorporate microphones. This might work, but please be mindful I do not want to convey radio or singing, which I often think of when I see some of these designs.

If a design is too literal and feels like a clipart image of someone speaking, I will probably not select that one.

I've updated the creative brief to include another attachment with a few visual suggestions. From many of the submissions that have come in so far, I've noticed people are mostly thinking about the UP in "Say it Up Front" vertically, like an arrow. While that is OK, I'd like to see if there are any ideas that think about it less literally and instead think about it with more dimension. Think of it as standing in front of an audience and standing out from the crowd (as in delivering a "stand-out" presentation). Take a look at the attachment with a few ideas on this.

This might require a bit more abstract thinking, such as how the Design Crowd logo conveys the idea of a crowd of people (different size dots) coming together. Thank you for the creativity and great ideas!
