Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo for my personal trainer business called "Raging Health and Fitness" . My target market is adults aged 45 to 75 who want to maximize their lives through great eating and continual fitness. I envision a logo of a mature man, who is in great shape raging while he works out. Perhaps with a backdrop of healthy food. The inspiration for the name of my business comes from the Dylan Thomas poem "Rage Rage against the Dying of the Light". Therefore I want to convey that sense of defiance against the aging process using our best weapons, great fitness and nutrition. Some people talk of raging disease, I want to turn that around into Raging Health and Fitness.
