Brief de Design de Brochure

I need a template brochure designed that can be applied for a range of services that I offer to small - medium sized independent businesses. I have a company logo (attached) for Positive Business Directions. I am part of the Institute for Independent Business, a broader group of business people from every type of business imaginable. I draw on their expertise as and when required.
I have also attached some narrative in the form of a tri-fold brochure, but I need some creative marketing input to bring it to life.

Marché(s) Cible(s)

Small to Medium sized, independent businesses. Typically they are B2B and rarely B2C. They tend to be family owned businesses.
