Brief de Design de Logo

I need a new logo for my consultant business. Working as IT-managers, the roles we have is as IT-mangers, CIO, CTO and Chief Architect. The areas are within cloud transformation, architecture, purchasing, infrasturcture, often as speeking partner to CEO or CIO.
The logo should stand for innovative, trustworthy, reliable and creative.
The name is two combined words Cog and Nova, that means in english Think and New.
