Brief de Design de Logo

I am looking for a design that fits our small company now, but has the capacity to fulfill the shoes of a corporation that will be seeking stock in the future.

I need a bold, fresh, modern, friendly, warm, corporate design, but one that is for the everyday people as well. We service both Residential and Commercial properties. So, I would like to incorporate the both of those somehow. I would like an image that represents both, equally.

IMPORTANT: READ CAREFULLY!

The name the design should have is "SKJ Property Management Services". The SKJ needs to stand out from the other words.

SKJ company colors are:

1. NAVY BLUE
2. GREY
3. WHITE

DO NOT SUBMIT LOGOS THAT HAVE ANY OTHER COLORS. THESE ARE THE ONLY COLORS THAT WILL BE REVIEWED.

I am looking for a unique logo, so use your imagination. I have uploaded a picture of some office buildings that I like, as well as a logo of a house that I like. Also, I uploaded a picture of a logo that I did like, but it is no longer valid. I like the logo I have uploaded, but feel free to add your own unique twist to it.

You can make up a completely new logo as well.
