We need a double sided flyer for our Estate and Letting agency. We have just moved in to 16th century office and expanded our offer to commercial and residential sales (previously we were targeted on lettings only). We are based in small rural town in Midlands, UK.Any photos, graphics will need to be linked to our location (please dont use skyscrapers :)One side of our flyer will have to treat about lettings and our offer - 7% plus vat commission on all new lettings, no extra costs, rent guarantee insurance, we are open 6 days a week and available 24/7.Please insert information about our commercial department on this side as well.
