Also no guarantee means less chances of getting payment even if we work hard....
please think again about this as this is no fair deal for any designer so how can I work on this??

I just want to tell you that if you leave your project non-guaranteed, you will not get the maximum talent for your budget. Smart, professional and talented designers all go for guaranteed projects and they all give maximum effort and commitment for a guaranteed project - knowing that the project is worth their time and effort. Most talented designers avoid non committment projects because they know in the end, the client is not committed to project, will not give them feedback to improve their designs and eventually, they will most likely get a refund.
