Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo for this business I have just started based in Queensland, Australia. I created this business because I saw that trades-people need help getting on top of their administration, book-keeping, procedures and just general business. I will be doing 2-3 month projects with small trade businesses to help them get back on top of things and get their books sorted so that they can understand and carry on with it after I have left.

I feel like the logo should communicate trust, success, sincerity and growth (either or all of these). I really want trades-people who are in need, to see this business and logo and feel like there is help available for a short-term investment. I'm open to making the logo have a bit of a fun and likeable aspect to it - which I hope will differentiate me from other book-keepers etc.
