Brief de Design de Couverture de Livre

I have writen a book in Farsi (Persian) language which we read right to left. I need a book cover (Front , back and spine) for my book. it is about a learning from Jesus the Christian lessons. my friend has already designed a book cover but it is poor in quality and picture. i need to get it done professionally. I have attached her sample bookcover with the titles and description. I would like you to send me few designs with your own ideas on learning spiritual lessons from God so I can choose one from. On the back cover i have written a text on bearing fruit is the result of learning from Jesus, so maybe a picture of a three with fruit or only (e.g grapes etc) would suit the back cover. You can change the Title and subtitle position up and down wherever fits on the cover.
I prefer the color to be green unless designer finds something else looks better.
