Brief de Design de Logo

Logo for a new Pop/Rock/Alternative duo Cusp. Home base in Rome, Italy. Cusp consists of a petite strong voiced Italian brunette lady singer and a 2 meter tall blonde Finnish guy who sings and plays guitar. Because the duo combines so many opposites (man/woman, tall/short, blonde/brunette, Scandinavia/Mediterranea etc.), the name Cusp is more than fitting. The music is contemporary, melodic pop and rock, played mostly with modern sounds, with a hint of acoustic and rock guitars. Many ballads, but emphasis on groovy rock songs. Both members sing, but the lady is definitely the lead singer.

We're mostly looking for a intriguing logo consisting of the word Cusp, not so much a logo consisting of separate features etc. We don't want any commonly known symbols (like stars, etc.). A good, solid logo of the name would be the point. If something, some kind of hint "intertwining" might be OK and interesting.
