Brief de Design de Logo

We need a new logo for 'Truffle Treasures' which was established in 2007 in the Goldfields Region of central Victoria using Holly Oak trees inoculated with Tuber melanosporum (the Perigord black truffle).Black truffles are native to the oak forests of Europe where they have been revered for centuries as a culinary delicacy. More recently truffles have been successfully cultivated or 'farmed' in many countries. Australia has successfully cultivated black truffles for almost 25 years. We established our truffiere in 2007. We grow and sell black truffles and our aim is to bring people and truffles together, so that the enjoyment of this culinary delicacy can be widely shared in Australia. To this end we have been hosting truffle events for the past 6 years in order to showcase cultivation of truffles in Australia while providing the opportunity for people to experience the sight, texture, aroma and taste of earth's 'black gold' first hand.Truffles are equally at home being referred to as 'earth's black gold' and 'black diamonds of the kitchen'.We rely heavily on our canine team, Abbie and Holly, to successfully harvest truffles and our logo should reflect the importance our dogs. The truffle plantation is managed by 2 sisters and Abbie and Holly are also sisters - locally we are known as the truffle sisters.Key themes important to us include: high quality products, hosting entertaining events that are educational and FUN, and providing a reliable service for our customers.We would like to see designs that use the colours (black and gold) and/or (bright red and bright blue) as seen in the collars of our dogs on the Events page of our web-site at www.trufletreasures.com.auThe final design should communicate that truffles are indeed one of earth's great treasures!
