Brief de Design de Brochure

We need a new brochure design (8.5 x 11) standard paper 2 sided of course for a Baklava (Middle Eastern Sweet) company. you can see the products and the logo here: www.libanaissweets.com

The brochure will feature content sections like:

1- Company Overview
2- Market Research - Baklava (may need a place for graphs or important stats)
3- Libanais Baklava (Product description) this is an important section and in this section I want to highlight three main words, so maybe we can work in 3 circles somewhere to highlight these words? I am not attached to circles just giving you a visual
4- Brand Recognition on Social Media
5- In store Marketing, will need a place for a graphic

Keep in mind this information does not all have to fit on one 2 sided brochure....
