Theme: Foodie themed biker joint with a limited menu but very high quality, built around chicken items such as wings, boneless, pulled chicken, big, bold and unique flavors with a Harley Motorcycle theme that all genre's will enjoy.
Key elements:
1. Harley/Triumph themed
2. Focus on great food, great music, and great "hang out"
3. Play off of the Cock (male rooster) word
4. Simple in your face design
