Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo that will work for all media including advertising, stationary as well as lettering on delivery trucks. We want the final design to be a strong, highly readable and visible logo.
Our company is a 107 year old distribution company of bakery ingredients. Our ingredients include items such as 50# bags of sugar, 100# bags of flour, cake mixes, icings, frozen fruits and frozen dough as well as spices such as cinnamon. We distribute over 1500 ingredients to bakeries, restaurants, food service accounts and commercial kitchens in the New York City, Tri-State region.
