Brief de Design de Logo

The project is a land subdivision at Box Hill NSW (on the outskirts of Sydney Australia).

It is a large estate. We are selling land only, not houses. It is hilly land with views over neighbouring land.

Generally it is second home buyers. Our price point is above $500,000. The houses after construction will be around $1m. The houses will be built by the buyer of the land. It is a prestige area to live in but these are small blocks so perhaps a bit more affordable.

We need a brand logo for THE HILLS OF CARMEL, which is the estate name.

The estate is in THE HILLS SHIRE which is the local council area, hence the brand. The Hills Shire is
