Brief de Design de Logo

Hi there,
We need a logo design for our new freelance site, Monkeys on Fire.

Monkeys on Fire is a new freelance portal specialized in helping SMBs (small to medium sized businesses) in finding talented freelancers in the digital marketing industry
(social media, copy-writing, videos, email marketing, influenzer compaigns etc.). Just like other freelance portals like freelancer.com and upwork.com, we have two audiences with
freelancers on one side and SMBs on the other. However, we only focus on projects in the digital marketing space striving to find the best talent for our business customers.

Our mission is to to address the traditional pitfalls when hiring freelancers by simplifying and streamlining the entire match making process. We help freelancers and
business customers to connect and colloborate in hours instead of days and weeks. This is attained by facilitating chat sessions and video conferences (Skype or Google Hangout) shortly after a project is made public.
We also help business customers translate their project deliverables into actionable and measureable requirements and finding the best candidates from which the client can choose to connect with.

To speed up the match-making process, we focus on providing video presentations where freelancers can provide a short video explaining their skills and presenting their portfolio, no more than 30-60 seconds like an elevator pitch.
Business customers can also create new projects using few clicks and provide a video describing the project they have in mind - no need to write lots of requirements and complete dozen of forms to get started.

The intended result for freelancers and business customers is reducing the risk and uncertainty and create more value through simple and user-friendly hiring/staffing processes, to allow for more succesfull projects.

Target audience - freelancers:
Although all talented freelancers are welcome, we aim our services at millennials who are young and motivated digital marketing naitives (see attachment)

• Our name "Monkeys on Fire" is actually a metaphor for enticing people to leave their 9-5 jobs and become freelancers. Perhaps if designers could use the "fire" in some smart way to signal deep passion and interest in helping customers meet their marketing needs.
