Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new company based in Houston, TX call " Arcadia Naturals", It is a natural food company. Mainly selling organic foods and superfoods. The design should be simple but eye catching. This will be use on business cards, letter heads and websites so it must not be a eye sore. It should be pleasant and get the message to anyone who sees it quickly.

I was thinking something to do with Arcadia on the first line and Naturals underneath. Using a branch, leaf or something to denote natural or real, raw.
