This is new site, we do not have any current content
Would like a website for beginning crossfit. The site will cover what to expect getting started, what to wear. How to pick out a crossfit Gym (called a box).
We will be posting articles on exercises and how to properly perform and occasional product review.
We would like a section on recipes and what to eat and not to eat
We are attempting to remove the barrier of entry to get new people transform their lives/body and try crossfit.
Will also like to post daily Work outs which are called WODs (workout of the day) and exercises.
