Brief de Design Annonce

We need an ad design for the local newspaper. I've attached a copy of our last ad. We would like a little different design (use same content). The size is 4 inches tall x 6.5 inches wide. We would like to include our two photos. Keep it CLEAN and simple. We are a Mercer Island, Washington-based mother/daughter Coldwell Banker real estate team focused exclusively on Mercer Island. The graphic design should reinforce the tone of warm/approachable, while clean and polished. The feel should be on-trend, current and clean/tight/contemporary. Should appeal to a high net worth consumer. The design should tell potential clients that Molly & Katie are the premier, trusted team of advisors that informed buyers and sellers turn to for any residential real estate opportunities on Mercer Island.
