Brief de Design Wordpress

We need a website for our Developments company "AR Developments". I would like to use Wordpress for its simplicity to update and added features.

We develop/build and sell Townhouses/Houses and Land around Brisbane, Qld. Initially we require a Web presence with no advanced features. We will develop the user logins and other features at a future point in time. We are undecided on having a single page with most of the detail or to have more detail on linked pages, we will review the options put forward. We have added a Sitemap and possible Frontpage sketch
