Brief de Design de Logo

Hi, I am a fun and energetic and positive psychotherapist serving the needs of families. Children, adolescents, parents, individuals, etc! There is nothing we cannot overcome and sometimes we just need a helping hand to help us... stress less! While i am peppy and bright, i dont know what the logo should convey - - not too silly to not be taken seriously, but i am not traditional and yoga-like; i dont want to come across as pretentious. id like for the logo to translate to biz cards, website, other adverts with some pop or flair, to be sure. could be a symbol, monogram, or the font/design of the company title, Stress Less Counseling. i have no design aesthetic and cry of picking out paint color, so i trust people w./ the creative skills to ... create!
