Brief de Web Design

The design I need (PSD file) is for a company offering specialised services in recruitment of high-end executive and management positions for businesses.

OBJECTIVES OF THE WEBSITE:
1. Let entrepreneurs and business leaders know about their services and easily have them contact Dotemtex if they want more information about their services.
2. Display a list of available carreer opportunities (according to their client's need).

WHAT I NEED:
1st, I need the design for the Home Page ONLY. Once approved, I will need the other pages designed as well. (Here is prototype that we've already developed for the Website that will guide you in the design:
