Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a Solar Energy project we have been contracted to manage in Tanzania, Africa. We are a clean energy company and this project focuses on promoting the use of solar energy in rural Tanzania.

The 'Clusters Solar PV Project' works with farmer and worker associations, assisting them in procuring high quality solar home systems at the best possible price.

Under the project model, associations, or Clusters Groups, make annual bulk procurements of solar systems through international tendering. This allows them to achieve cost savings and acquire financing for the systems to alleviate the burden of high upfront costs.

We managed another Solar project in this area and have been using that logo for this project (see attachment), but we are now interested in investing in a logo just for this project.

The final design should communicate the nature of the project: clean energy, bulk procurement of solar home systems(by groups of people), rural electrification in Africa, bringing light to people's lives and improving quality of life in rural Tanzania.

Note: Because this project is funded by the European Union (EU) our logo will always be displayed together with the EU flag. Therefore, the logo design and colors should be complementary to the EU flag colors (not the same, but colors that will look good next to the EU flag colors (see attached flag)).
