Brief de Design de Logo

I am starting a small home make-up and beauty business. The business name is Sam's Beauty Bliss and has the tagline "Love of beauty is taste. The creation of beauty is art." I need a logo that can be used on all advertising merchandise and as a water mark for my portfolio photos. I would like a simple design that is clean and elegant but makes a impact. The colors I have decorated the salon room are lavender, yellow orange , black and white. So any use of these colors would be great, with my favorite being lavender. The room also has a very slight french provincial feel to it. The text of the logo can be either the full business name, the business initials and could include the tagline or Make-up Artist & Beauty Therapist if it suits.
