Brief de Design Invitation

We need Kids WingTsun Birthday Party invitations.
WingTsun is a Chinese martial art (kung fu style) used exclusively for the self defense purposes so it is not a combat sport. European WngTsun organization founded in Germany further developed the art and adopted to the needs and teaching methods of the western world. Kids WingTsun is designed for kids 4 - 12 y.o. and is teaching kids how to deal with conflicts and potentially violent situations without restoring to violence and using their self-defense skills only as a last resort. We teach them to use their voice, gestures to demonstrate to others that they are not aggressive but not an easy victim
Kids WingTsun program is easy to learn and lots of FUN.
Kids WingTsun Birthday parties will be organized for the guests of the Kids WingTsun program attendees. Majority of the guests will be new to Kids WingTsun and is important that they get attracted and exited about attending the party and they understand that its about martial arts.
Kids WingTsun it's a brand and has branding restrictions on which colors can be used (branding catalog is attached).
Our prices are higher than the rest of the Martial Arts schools in a country and we are attracting wealthy families.

The final design should communicate Fun, good mood, celebration!

The winning designer would be given further work to develop 3 fold leaflet to advertise Birthday parties, Roll standing up banner, A4 brochure and "Thank you" cards.

Kids WingTsun corporate colors are yellow, gray, black, red.

Exigences

Doit avoir

• At the Kids WingTsun party birthday child will be cutting cake with the martial art sword and brake the board (one of these can be featured on the invitation).

Bien d'avoir

• Kids WingTsun program has mascots SiJe and SiHing (attached) they can be used (but not necessary).
• We bought the Birthday Party concept from BZB90 and they offer invitations (attached) however we cannot use them as they do not fit branding colors and mascots are wearing Japanese martial arts uniforms but we like their design very much (attached) if their invitation can be converted into our branding and our mascots in EWTO Kids WingTsun uniform - that would be great.
