The logo image you attached is not in a format that can be used in a design, so are you asking for your logo to be recreated from scratch?

Your question is a good one and I honestly don''t know how to answer. My belief was a .jpg file is what graphic artists used in their designs so you are teaching me something new.

My perception was the modification or adjustment of the logo would be in font or sizing. Would your firm disregard the project if the logo to be recreated from scratch?

I do not. I believe the web designer told me it was a screen grab so that is all I have. Sorry.
