Brief de Design de Logo

Fresh Vibe is an upcoming health food bar looking to make a difference for our customers.

We are going to offer a range of customisable beverages and healthy snacks. With a focus on fresh products and fresh produce we aim to serve the health conscious and also cater for food intolerances by offering a large selection of ‘free from’ foods. Although food intolerances is increasing there is a lack suitable products available when you’re out and about which is the solution we’re aiming to solve for our customers.

So I’d like to say that I know what I’m after and looking for but I really have no idea and would like to see how you put your creative skills to work although I do have some requirements.
Design:
Simple / Clear (I want it to be recognisable from as distance as it would be from close up)
Conveys freshness (Fresh is in the name as well as the products, so I’d like to see that feeling of freshness conveyed in the logo)
Fun
Energetic
Ability to be one colour (For use on Point of Sale receipts etc)
Needs to be designed around pantone colours (For print purposes)
Unique & able to be trademarked
Usage:
Able to be used in various ways (signage, cups, containers, napkins, website, uniforms etc and look the same no matter the use) As an example here is the style of cups we’re looking at using: http://www.pactrading.com.au/740ml-pla-cold-cup.html
Free from tags
Gluten Free, Egg Free, Vegan, No Added Sugar, Lactose Free, etc (As a lot of our products or options in our products are free from certain products we want to be able to highlight this next to these products on our menu. I don’t have a complete list of what these tags will be yet but the examples provided should be more than enough to get a feel of what these will look like)

To give you some idea of the style of logos / design I like I’ve put together a pinterest board (https://www.pinterest.com/jaimierodd/fresh-vibe-logo-inspiration/) but please don’t just replicate anything on there, I really want to see how you can interpret the brief and create something amazing.
