Brief de Design de Logo

We would like to a logo design for our Sushi Restaurant and takeaway shop based in NZ called "T sushi". The design we' like to see is more industrial or contemporary style, clean look, mainly with black and red if possiable .

An overview / Background of business & Service:
We are setting up brand new Sushi and Japanese takeaway shop
called “T sushi” based in Christchurch, NewZealand. Our shop located in a new shopping complex off main street to neighbourshood which has middle to high income. It also surrounded by small offices. The shop is easy access with parking infront.
People can locate shop easily by driving pass or walk pass. Operating hours
from 8, 9am to 6 to 7pm, mainly serving fast food as the food will be made
fresh every day, well presented at counter for customer to choose and pay. The
food that we provide should be fresh, healthy, clean and higher quality than
market level.

As we are new player in the market, the shop fitout design is a
bit different from traditional sushi takeaway in Christchurch. The design is mixed
with traditional (flowering carving seat divider, light wooden chairs) and trending
industrial essential (lighting, wooden shelving, dark background). We would
like to see our logo design which is easy to recognize (sushi and Japanese
restaurant and takeaway), tells the same story as what we offer to the public –
fresh, healthy, traditional food with modern feeling. The logo should be have
black and red but please do not limit your options with other colours.

The Target Market / Audience: Busy
office workers, families, healthy eater.

Design Specifics: More modern, easy to recognize and clean look.
