Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new company based in Valencia (Spain). The company starts selling limited edition shoes and will evolve into a global clothing company soon. Our logo design has to be a bicycle, a "fixed" one and typography something similar to "Scotch and soda", as well as contain vintage touches. Colors to use: orange and #df0049 (wine).
The final design should communicate: hipster clothing, freshness, global, good vibrations.
